Welcome to Kindergarten! My name is Mikala Gennovario and this is my third year teaching, but my first year here at Mary Immaculate. I have attended Catholic school for the majority of my life and am so thankful to be back as a teacher. I have wanted to teach for as long as I can remember and feel so blessed to have the opportunity to help shape young minds. I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Child and Adolescent Development from CSUN in 2021 and am now a student at Mount Saint Mary’s University where I am working on my Masters’s in Education as well as my Preliminary Multiple Subject Teaching Credential. My goal is to make my classroom a safe environment where children feel comfortable being themselves so that they are excited and ready to learn each day.
