“Tell me and I forget. Show me and I remember. Involve me and I understand.”
— Chinese Proverb

I am very thrilled and excited about all the learning and fun that takes place in our program every year. There are so many things that I want for the children in my class: to know that they are special to God, to their parents, and to the Mary Immaculate School community. The children are taught to use the gifts God has given them and to develop their self-confidence and enthusiasm for school. They also learn basic math concepts, the use of more descriptive language, and development of their fine motor skills. We create an environment that is safe, wholesome, creative, nurturing, and fun. We believe that children learn best in a setting that is comfortable where every student achieved and succeed! Early Childhood Development Studies from Los Angeles Mission College and Pierce College, Early Childhood Education/Administration from UCLA, and 19 years of teaching and 17 ½ years as a preschool director and lead teacher at Mary Immaculate School.
